Like most of us, we have spent the majority of our professional careers in the service of “the company”. Myself, I had spent 17 years in the service of a company whose motto included the phrase “Increase Share Holder Value”. As time went on this motto became the driving force of all activities. It was “job 1” over previous statements of customer satisfaction and integrity. Decisions and actions made by this “company” were in direct conflict with what was right for the customer.
We decided to open BTG-WV. A group of professionals were assembled who possess something which is not taught today – “Ethics”. This company has been founded on the principles our parents and grandparents taught us about Honor, Integrity, and Faith by putting our Customers First. We know that the people we serve during business hours will be the same people we meet at the ball field and the local grocery store. This “home town pride”, which is rare in the business world of today, is alive and well at BTG-WV.
